Resolutions

Resolutions are easy to break, but important to achieve. And by mid January we usually ask ourselves, WHY DO WE NEED RESOLUTIONS?

Resolutions are like our personal cheerleaders, nudging us to do better and be better. Think about it – when you make a resolution, you're basically saying, "Hey, I want to fix this," or "I want to try that." It's like setting up a personal challenge. They help us focus on what's important, like getting healthier, picking up a new hobby, or just being nicer to people. It's not always easy, but that's the cool part. Sticking to resolutions can be tough, but when we do, it feels pretty awesome. They're all about giving ourselves a little push to grow and change in good ways.

But are you one of those who starts the year with a big resolution but ends up breaking it?

Totally get it, breaking resolutions is super common. But here's a cool trick – break down your big resolution into smaller, more manageable goals. It's like if you want to get fit, instead of aiming to hit the gym every day, start with something simpler, like a 10-minute walk. And, keep track of your progress. It's motivating to see how far you've come. Also, don't be too hard on yourself if you slip up. It's all part of the journey. The key? Keep it realistic and fun. But consistency is the key!

7 practical ways to stick to your resolutions
